As a sexological bodyworker….
I work with a continuous process of collaboration, consent and choice
All sessions and activities are focused on what you want to explore, and on your growth and awareness. For this, there needs to open communication and clear consent. Being fully supported to be aware and in charge of your choices, especially related to touch, is a core part of sexological bodywork, and a core part of each session.
Being able to feel into and ask for what you want means having more of the pleasure that you want. It can take practice, and it can change, over time, or moment to moment. That’s why consent is an active, continuous process, to foster choice and safety in all sessions. We can talk more about this as part of our first discussion, and at anytime along the way.
I am present and professional in my interactions
I am fully present for the learning that you are seeking, and I take care of my own wellbeing, professional support and education. This means that while I delight in each person’s uniqueness, and learn from each person I work with, I take responsibility for my own professional development and self-care.
Erotic coaching and sex education can include you receiving touch, and this is always chosen and directed by you, for your exploration and benefit. I will talk more about the role of touch in sexological bodywork as part the introductory discussion.
I uphold your privacy and confidentiality
Your privacy is essential, and I will send a detailed letter about this as part of your first booking. As a summary, I keep all personal details and communications private and confidential, including contact we may have via phone, online, email or face to face, for inquiries and appointments.
I keep brief notes of sessions, to assist our working together. These are stored securely, and are confidential between you and me. I won’t disclose information about you to anyone else, unless required by law, or where I receive a request from you, or where I ask and receive your permission.
I provide a clean and safe physical environment
In my working space I use standard precautions to keep the environment clean and physically safe. I use medical-grade gloves, high quality oils and lubricants, and standard precautions for cleaning hands/skin, equipment, surfaces and linen. Hand sanitiser and hand-washing facilities are readily available. I will ask you about any allergies, sensitivities or preferences that influence the equipment and oils and lubricants used.
